Welcome to Blick! Stop losing sales to annoying popups and start driving conversions with native-feeling notifications. Follow this guide to get up and running in minutes.

Quick Start Guide

1. Activate the App Embed

   Before creating campaigns, you must enable Blick in your theme.

   1. In the Blick app admin, go to the Settings tab.
   2. Scroll down to the Theme Configuration section.
   3. Locate the Notification Bell app embed setting.
   4. Toggle the switch to ON.
   5. Click Save to apply the changes to your live theme.

2. Create a Test Campaign

   Launch your first notification to see Blick in action.

   1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the app admin.
   2. Click Create Campaign and choose a template (e.g., “Discount”).
   3. Enter a Title (internal name) and the Message your customers will see.
   4. If using a Discount template, enter the valid Shopify Discount Code.
   5. Set the Status dropdown to Active.
   6. Click Save.

3. Verify on Your Store

   Ensure everything is working correctly for your customers.

   1. Open your storefront’s homepage in a new tab.
   2. Locate the Notification Bell icon (usually floating in the bottom corner).
   3. Click the bell to open the notification drawer.
   4. Verify that your new campaign appears in the list.
   5. Click on the notification to ensure the action (e.g., copying the code or redirecting) works as expected.
